It was very informative and refreshing, alot of positive input – MM
Instructor was very good, very knowledgable I got to learn alot how to deal with different kind of students & the techniques to control situations as an instructor – RRA
Training helped to improve the instructional skills, it was a whole bunch of excellent instructions to make the delivery of training effective – AB
Presenter was knowledgable in both FF & training methods, this helped to generate a good environment for learning. Knowledge/development of training skills was useful not only re: fire warden training but any training we might do in the future – VLH
