Clear instructions and very well presented, very relevant to my environment not only at work but also regarding my home to which changes shall be made – VG
Well trained very clear presentation on what to do in the event of a fire – PE
Opened my eyes to the surroundings in my home plus workplace, also the information passed about taking note of my surroundings when abroad or at gigs and functions I haven’t been told before – MB
Good mix of visual and practical aids also questions and answers – JM
