Right mixture of humour without detracting from the real danger of fire, good mix of video, presentation & talk. Good refresher course, obviously hope not to have to put into practice but feel better prepared – DA
Found the training to be very useful – CL
The practical exercise was particularly useful to become familiar on how to handle the extinguishers – RH
I enjoy the training – SH
Very good, dealt with all sorts of areas not just factory specific, good balance of visual and oral information – AT

Very relaxed puts people at ease, training very good helps you to understand more of procedures etc…. also use of extinguishers – NS
