The trainer was easy to understand, the seriousness came through but with humour making the course interesting, I hadn’t used extinguishers before, this was very useful and took my fear away – JF

Well presented, comprehensive and pitched at the right level covering all aspects of fire and prevention, very relevant and neccessary for everyone particularly for ensuring fire safety for all – PC
